Whatever the nature of the dispute we always pursue the same vigorously and in the interests of our client. We aim to bring matters to a satisfactory conclusion as soon as possible. However, it might be more appropriate for negotiations to be held to seek to settle matters. Bringing a Court action might not be the best for our clients. We will always look at matters pragmatically and advise our clients to their best possible course of action – which does not always involve Court proceedings.
Advice as to the funding of your action will be given. Often we find that clients are insured in respect of their legal costs. On other occasions ‘no win – no fee’ agreements are appropriate. We will always endeavour to find a satisfactory solution to a clients funding issues.
